Virginia

Virginia is situated in the South Atlantic area of the United States of America with the postal abbreviation VA. The state was dominated by the Mother of Presidents and the English Crown earlier, owing to the reason that nearly all presidents of the country were born in the state. The type of weather and the topography of the state are created by the Chesapeake Bay and the Blue Ridge Mountains, which offer the environment much of its ecology. The state is surrounded by Washington, D.C and Maryland in the east, Kentucky in the west, West Virginia in the north and Tennessee and North Carolina in the south.

The history of the state of Virginia starts with several native groups, as well as the Powhatan. The London Company formed the Colony of Virginia in the year 1607 as the first eternal New World English settlement.
