Repairing a Toilet Flange

When you have removed a toilet from the flange. There is eather a brass flange or a PVC flange. The brass flange pulls off the lead a lot of times when you lift the toilet because the lead corrodes.

There is a PVC fit all flange that fits in side the old lead to make a new flange. You must bolt the flange to the floor. Sometimes the fit all flange will not work, there is a lead sleave you can use that works with the brass flange.

It also fits inside the lead and you must bolt the brass flange to the floor. If it is PVC and it is cracked, you can get PVC flange repair kits, this is very easy to use.
