There exist two types of the Labrador breeds, the American Labrador and the English Labrador. The English breed is heavier and thicker while the American breed is tall and lanky. They both have a smooth double coat without any waves. The Labrador Retriever Dog has a broad head with a moderate stop and has a thick nose which is black on both yellow and black type, while the chocolate type has a brown one.
