There diet should consist of try flake food, Tablet Pellets, live foods (fishes, shrimps, worms fresh meaty foods, frozen foods.
There are no characteristics to determine the differences between females and males. When you introduce your fish to the tank, put the fish on the top of the tank in the bag, to even out the temperature for a couple of hours. Than get a separate bowl and pour the bag onto it. Than use your net to remove your Black and White Heniochus and put him in his new tank. The reason this is done, is to not get any of the pet store water in the tank, in case of disease.
